Empowering Abilities, Inspiring Inclusion
Living Ability Not Disability (LAND) Group is a non-profit organization
At Living Ability Not Disability (LAND) Group, we believe that every individual deserves dignity, respect, and equal opportunities to thrive. Our mission is to empower people with disabilities through support, advocacy, education, and community inclusion. Together, we are building a future where abilities are celebrated, barriers are removed, and everyone has the chance to live with confidence, independence, and hope.

Four programmes. Documented outcomes.
Access Audits: We inspect buildings, transport, and digital services against legal standards and publish findings publicly. Owners get a report; the public gets the data.
Policy Submissions: LAND Group submits written evidence to government consultations. Disabled people author the positions — not advisors speaking on their behalf.
Employment Pathways: We broker verified employer commitments and provide legal guidance on reasonable adjustments. Placements tracked and reported annually.
Legal Advocacy: When rights are denied, we support individuals through formal complaints and tribunal processes — with data, not sentiment.
Our Mission
At Living Ability Not Disability (LAND) Group, our mission is to empower individuals with disabilities by promoting equality, independence, inclusion, and dignity in every aspect of society. We are committed to creating opportunities that allow people of all abilities to develop their talents, achieve their goals, and live fulfilling lives without discrimination or barriers.
Our mission is rooted in the belief that every person deserves respect, support, and the chance to participate fully in their community. We work to raise awareness about disability rights, challenge negative stereotypes, and encourage society to focus on abilities rather than limitations.
Through advocacy, education, support services, and community-based initiatives, we aim to improve the quality of life for individuals and families affected by disability. We strive to provide safe spaces where people can access guidance, emotional support, life skills development, social opportunities, and programs that encourage confidence, growth, and independence.
LAND Group is dedicated to building stronger communities where diversity is celebrated, accessibility is prioritized, and every individual is given equal opportunities to succeed. By working together with families, volunteers, organizations, and community partners, we seek to create lasting social change that promotes compassion, understanding, and inclusion for all.
Our Vision
Our vision is to create a world where individuals with disabilities are fully included, respected, empowered, and valued as equal members of society. We envision communities where accessibility, equality, and inclusion are not seen as privileges, but as fundamental human rights.
LAND Group dreams of a future where people are recognized for their abilities, strengths, creativity, and potential rather than judged by their challenges. We aim to inspire a society that embraces diversity, promotes acceptance, and ensures that everyone has access to opportunities for education, employment, personal development, and social participation.
We strive to become a leading voice for disability inclusion and empowerment in Malta and beyond by promoting positive social change, advocating for equal rights, and supporting individuals in building independent and meaningful lives.
Our vision is built on hope, compassion, and the belief that together we can remove barriers, inspire confidence, and create communities where every person can thrive regardless of ability.
